Registration for the conference has now officially started.

For presenters: You will have been sent your registration form by email. If you require any assistance, please send us an email.

If you would like to attend the conference as a guest listener, you can register now by completing and returning the guest registration form (click here). The same fee applies to guest listeners as to presenters.

IMPORTANT: There is limited space at the conference. It is advised to send us the completed form and wait for confirmation that there is still space BEFORE transferring the fee, since the fee is non-refundable. If you transfer your fee before finding out whether there is space, we cannot provide a refund.

Conference fees

You can save money on your conference fee by registering early (until 31st August 2019). Members of the AALL may also attend for half price (see below). If you wish you join the AALL and take advantage of reduced rates for AALL events, click here for more information.

The fees to attend the conference as a presenter or a guest are as follows:

Normal rates (1st September 2019 – 1st November 2019)

Members

Students: €25

Non-students: €35

Non-members

Students: €50

Non-students: €70

Last-minute registration after 1st November 2019 as a guest is possible, but we cannot guarantee that there will be enough space. Please do not risk not getting a place and register as soon as possible!
